Despite entering the healthcare industry without formal medical training, I identified critical gaps in laboratory testing and built a thriving enterprise that combines cutting-edge diagnostics with a mission-driven approach.
My leadership philosophy centers on balancing business growth with social responsibility. Since founding MAKO Medical in 2014, I've guided the company to support over 300 nonprofits, create dedicated employment opportunities for military veterans, and develop innovative testing methodologies that improve patient outcomes.
